Presentation & poster guidelines


PRESENTATION GUIDELINES

There are four Seminar Sessions.
Each is opened by the Plenary Lecture given by the Guest in Large Aula 9B.
After the Plenary Lecture, two Participant Sessions take place in two separate rooms:
Large Aula 9B and Medium Aula 103B.

 
Maximum abstract length: 2500 characters
Abstract must be written in English
Speech length: 15 minutes + 5 minutes of discussion
Speech must be given in English

The participants should present their own research only in the seminar sessions.

                 

 
POSTER GUIDELINES

There are two Poster Sessions:

Poster Session I
November 24th, 2018 – Saturday
Experimental Posters: Neurobiological & Clinical
Theoretical Posters

Poster Session II
November 25th, 2018 – Sunday
Experimental Posters: Cognitive & Computational
 
Maximum abstract length: 2500 characters
Abstract and poster must be written in English
Maximum poster format: A0, vertically
Multimedia posters are allowed, however the Organizing Committee cannot provide any displayer
Only experimental posters will be evaluated during the poster session

Theoretical posters are welcomed at our Conference. We would like to encourage young aspiring scientist to share their passion and have their first attempts on the international conference. The bibliography or references must be included.
